Coming Home Connection

The Board of a non-profit represents the community served by the organization, as well as the wider community.  Without the perspective of the Board, the organization operates in an echo chamber.  Coming Home Connection is indebted to the committed service of our all-volunteer Board of Directors.

Former Executive Director Frances Salles and emeritus Board member Rick Berardinelli share a moment at the 2019 Dia de los Muertos Fundraiser.

Janet M. Swinton

Janet has put in a career in health services and non-profit organizational development, including directing an Adult Day Care Center and a hospital foundation.  She has both family and professional experience with hospice.
