About Us

The focus of Coming Home Connection is to serve families and individuals with compassionate in-home care and personal support directed by the family. Support teams are made up of a network of trained volunteer and professional caregivers who help with end-of-life situations, brain injuries, and other long-term illnesses. Many of our clients have limited financial resources or may need more personal support beyond what their medical or Medical benefits can provide. Our trained volunteers provide relief for family caregivers, or look after those who have no one else.

Since 2007 Coming Home Conection has trained more than 160 people from all walks of life, including many high school and community college students. Currently, we will be serving as many as 50 households per month.

There is no charge for our in-home services or volunteer training. Coming Home Connection is an IRS-recognized non-profit corporation supported wholly by donations from individuals, organizations and foundations.
